What is it, exactly?

A growth game: you grow a fictional network, and the number of users you have produced since the season started places you on a public wall. Your entry shows your handle, your link and how many clicks it received.

How do you climb?

By producing users. You can tap to earn some directly, but most of it comes from passive production: you buy generators with in-game currency, and they produce continuously, including while you are offline.

Does paying make me number one?

No. Paying multiplies your production rate, which makes you climb faster if you play. No rank is sold, and no score is credited on purchase. An account that pays without playing does not climb.

Multipliers also have diminishing returns: each additional purchase returns less than the previous one.

Can I play without paying?

Yes, entirely. The game, the wall and the rankings are free to access. Two rankings are even dedicated to this: the best player who has never paid anything, and the strongest climbers of the period.

Can I win money?

No, at any rank and at any time. Lemur distributes no monetary winnings. The reward for ranking is visibility: placement, a public link and a click counter.

Will this improve my Google ranking?

We do not promise that, deliberately. Outbound links from paid entries carry the rel="sponsored" attribute: they send real, measured traffic without trying to influence search-engine rankings.

What you get is concrete: visitors who click, a public counter to prove it, and indexable public pages where your name appears.

What happens at the end of a season?

A season lasts four weeks. At the end, the wall resets for everyone and the number one is engraved in the hall of fame permanently.

Consumable accelerators do not carry over between seasons. Permanent items such as badges are kept and have no effect on score.

How are visitors counted?

The counter next to your link measures visitors, not clicks: the same visitor counts once per period. It therefore reflects real traffic rather than a raw request count.

How do I cancel my subscription?

From your account, at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, with no renewal. Detailed terms, billing and the right of withdrawal are set out in the terms of sale.

How do I delete my account?

On request, from the contact page. Your data is deleted and your entry disappears from the wall. Hall of fame engravings are kept in anonymised form, so that the history of past seasons is not rewritten. Details are in the privacy policy.
