locale: remembers your chosen display language. Duration: twelve months.
Authentication cookies: keep your session open while signed in. They are set by our authentication provider and expire on sign-out or session expiry.

Why there is no banner

Prior consent is only required for cookies that are not strictly necessary, typically advertising and analytics. We use none: showing a banner would be consent theatre.

Should analytics or a third-party tracker be added, a prior consent banner would be put in place, with refusing as easy as accepting, and this page would be updated.

Managing cookies

You can delete or block cookies from your browser settings. Blocking authentication cookies prevents you from staying signed in; blocking the language cookie returns the interface to its default language.
