What is being sold

The products offered are digital content not supplied on a physical medium, executed immediately in the game. They take two forms:

• A subscription, which multiplies production speed while active.
• Single-use accelerators, which produce a one-off, time-limited effect.

A purchase never grants a rank, never credits score and guarantees no position in the ranking. It changes a production rate. Details are in the ranking rules.

Prices and taxes

The applicable prices are those displayed on the payment page at the time of the order, in euros and inclusive of all taxes. The applicable VAT regime, whether liable or under the basic exemption of article 293 B of the French tax code, is stated on each invoice.

The publisher may change its prices at any time. A change has no effect on orders already placed and, for an ongoing subscription, only takes effect from the following period, after prior notice.

Order and payment

Payment is processed by Stripe. Card details are entered directly with that provider and never pass through our servers. The order is confirmed once payment is approved, and an invoice is made available from the account.

Subscription, renewal and cancellation

• The subscription runs for one month and renews automatically at term.
• It can be cancelled at any time from the account, free of charge and without justification.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period: the multiplier stays active until then, and stops afterwards.
• No pro-rata refund is due for a period already started, the service having been provided.

Right of withdrawal

You normally have fourteen days to withdraw from a distance purchase.

However, these products are digital content supplied immediately. Under article L221-28 of the French consumer code, you lose your right of withdrawal once, before confirming the order, you have expressly consented to immediate performance and acknowledged that you would lose that right. This consent is collected through a dedicated checkbox, not pre-ticked.

Without that box ticked, the order is not placed: nothing is charged and nothing is delivered. You may write to us to order with performance deferred until the fourteen-day period expires, in which case your right of withdrawal remains intact throughout.

Refunds

Apart from the right of withdrawal set out above, a refund may be granted in the event of an erroneous charge, duplicate billing, or prolonged unavailability of the service attributable to the publisher.

No refund is due where suspension or closure of the account results from a breach of the terms of use or of the content policy. Requests should be sent to tinymonolithapps@gmail.com.

End of season and purchases

Consumable accelerators are tied to the current season and do not carry over. This is made clear before purchase and does not give rise to a refund at the end of the season.

No monetary winnings

No purchase entitles you to winnings in money or convertible into money, at any rank and at any time. The service is neither gambling, nor betting, nor a lottery.

Complaints and mediation

Any complaint can be sent to tinymonolithapps@gmail.com. Failing an amicable solution, you may use a consumer mediator free of charge. The contact details of the competent mediator are provided on request.

These terms are governed by French law.
